This past year, Iran has been a direct target to imperialist attacks. Iranian nuclear physicists have been kidnapped and assassinated. The U.S. Senate passed laws that cut off Iran’s central bank from the world market. The EU has also joined the U.S. to ban all Iranian oil imports into their countries. Finally, recent WikiIeaks have revealed that last year the U.S. agreed to “quietly transfer” bombs to Israel. Iran’s only crime is to rid themselves from all imperial and foreign control of their natural resources. On Jan. 21, join the ANSWER Coalition in its screening of Silent Screams. Director Karla Hansen exposes the true aggressor in this 2009 documentary on the drone attacks occurring in the villages near Iran’s Afghan borders. |
